Accessible ONLY by boat. Boats leave Crisfield, Md at 12:30pm or come in your own boat. We have our own deep water pier that you can dock at and swim off of.
Recently renovated, Island Time affectionately known by Smith Island residents as “Miss Levy’s”. Miss Levy’s was one of Rhodes Points longest living residence at age 99. This beautiful home was the first home on Smith Island to have electricity.
Now owned and transformed by Betty Jo Tyler. This gorgeous house can take you to the quaint paradise of Island Time.
Three stories with a 360-degree panoramic view of the island on the top floor. Wrap around porches on the 1st and 2nd floors give stunning sunset views. The view from the third floor is more invigorating.
Island Time has four rooms and a loft available, all with private baths. Our Master suite includes private bath and personal balcony. In addition, we have two three rooms with private baths, all with breath taking views of the Chesapeake Bay. Our third floor is a loft with a queen bed, three twin beds and a window seat. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.
